Rates:

Bay Club’s monthly rental rates are – from $1,000 for 1st floor suites (plus $65 for heat, water and trash); from $1,015 for 2nd floor suites (plus $65 for heat, water and trash); and from $1,005 for 3rd floor suites (plus $65 for heat, water and trash). Residents pay their own electric. Granite remodel suites (select suites) are higher.

For your convenience we accept credit card payments (MasterCard, VISA or American Express). You can also save monies at move in by purchasing a SureDeposit Bond in lieu of paying a security deposit. Contact our Leasing Specialist for further information.

This is a “Pet friendly” community, welcoming both dogs (weight and breed restrictions) and cats. However, dogs are restricted to the first floor suites only.
